By accessing or using the CastifyIt application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the App or use any services.

2. License to Use the App

Upon purchase, CastifyIt grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This is a one-time license; no subscription is required.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding content you cast) are owned by CastifyIt or its licensors. You are granted no rights in or to the intellectual property of CastifyIt except as expressly provided in these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CastifyIt makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CastifyIt or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if CastifyIt or a CastifyIt authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms
