Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At CastifyIt, we are committed to providing a high-quality casting experience. As we offer a one-time purchase for lifetime access to our digital software, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

  • The CastifyIt application is proven to be non-functional on a compatible device as advertised, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You have purchased the App in error and have not activated or used the license.

Refund requests for reasons other than technical incompatibility on an advertised compatible device (e.g., "changed my mind," "found a free alternative") are generally not accepted, given the nature of a one-time digital license.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
  • Issues arising from unsupported devices (please check our compatibility page before purchase).
  • Problems caused by third-party software, network configurations, or device-specific limitations outside of CastifyIt's control.
  • Dissatisfaction not related to a core functional defect of the software.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@castifyit.com within the 14-day eligibility period. Please include:

  • Your purchase receipt or order number.
  • The date of purchase.
  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, including any troubleshooting steps you have taken.
  • Your device model(s) and TV model(s) if applicable.

Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information or offer troubleshooting assistance before processing a refund.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page.
